MEET THE CHEFS

Richard O'Donnell - Chef Donnington is the owner and founder of Titan Restaurant and started the venture in Port Erin in 2013. He has lived and worked in various countries including France and Australia, so brings a diverse experience of food and cooking to the table! 

David Mclachlan - 'Sole' Chef is our head chef and co-owner of the new venture in Douglas. David has been a chef his whole working life and takes great pride in all of his dishes (especially the sole!).

MEET THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE STAFF

Samantha Bestall - Sam is owner and cofounder of Titan restaurant with Rick. Sam is originally from Yorkshire but has lived on the Isle of Man for seven years now (2019). She works as a dental hygienist during the week and helps out in the restaurant on a weekend. She will always greet you with a friendly smile!

Calum Lane - The youngest chef of the Titan family. Calum joined as our chef de partie in 2021. He formally trained in Paris and has a real passion for quality local produce.
